Premier Inn East Midlands Airport hotel

Stayed one night before catching a flight in the morning. Was comfortable and with good facilities and a lovely ambiance at the bar and restaurant.

We have visited the Inn again twice on 13th and 24th March 2024. WE were greeted by a very pleasant receptionist and we asked to book a meal despite on previous visit having a bad experience. What a change, very good service and nicely cooked and presented dinner. It is obvious that there has been a change in management the whole process was pleasing there seemed to be a total change in the conduct of staff everything was done with a smile. We noted in particular a young woman who seemed to be a manager in the restaurant who seemed to typify the new atmosphere, we had noticed this staff member from a previous visit she raced around trying to keep the customers happy against a total attitude of lack of caring amongst some of the others. I hope the group knows what an asset this young women is and ensures she stays to maintain the new standard. Rooms: The usual standard of cleanliness and comfort that we have come to expect. Food & drinks: The new management in the dining room has changed it from a barely tolerable place to a place to have a pleasurable dinner before flying off on holiday or returning from holiday.

Great location, and really convenient for getting to the airport. Staff were really lovely and friendly, especially Jamie.

Wonderful stay here while we was attending a party in Nottingham. The service was brilliant and the staff are all very friendly. The room was clean and tidy and had the basic necessities for a short one night stay. It has a 24 hour bar and the breakfast was amazing! Who doesn’t love a blueberry muffin for breakfast! Food & drinks: Breakfast was brilliant and the tea was too! Everything arrived warm and well cooked and not too greasy which is great as some breakfasts can be very greasy! Recommend this place if you need a short stay and breakfast the next morning.

The hotel itself was fine, but the room number 23 was terrible. There was a constant thudding noise all night long which we can only assume is a busy service area for the hotel, when looking down at the outside covered area on the ground floor directly below the room. Also there were beer barrels there. I get the impression the hotel put people in there, who they don't like!!! There should never be a room placed there.

Great staff, very friendly and welcoming. Only 15 min walk to the airport. Clean rooms, tasty food and great staff. Would highly recommend.

Room was quite warm

Good staff but too few. Inadequate parking spaces. Restricted menu meant we had to out. Lost our parking space after paying £8 for it. A poor experience overall, which felt like a corporate rip off

Very convenient hotel for East Midlands Airport. Friendly, polite staff. The room was clean & comfortable. We ate in, and the menu was good, and so was the food, just lacked a little on presentation. Very reasonable price. Would stay again & will recommend.
