Premier Inn Cardiff City Centre (Queen Street) hotel

Premier Plus room with no hot water? Not good enough. Have to complain each time then something is done to turn it on for a while. Something wrong here... we usually stay ar Premier but this is VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Prices are really good and the room was above expectations for the cost. Breakfast was nice and tasty.

Very bad, room wasn’t ready in time, we were told it were gonna get fixed asap but 4 hours later we still don’t have right room. WiFi is terrible, everyone else got to order their food from table while we had to walk up and order it from the bar. Walkability: WWE show. Shopping center, train station

Great value and so close to everything! Perfect for stag/hen parties.

Great location near train station, city centre. Several attractions and lots of shopping areas within 15 mins walking distance. Sainsbury's and Spar and cinema within 5 mins. Breakfast is good value if you are a big eater or have kids (they eat free). Only issue was that in my room (109) I could hear toilet flushes and showers from various rooms around and above me. Sounds ranged from a gentleman using the loo in the next room to cistern refills (at times seemingly as loud as a small jet aircraft!) and shower rainfalls. Not great between 6am and 9am or from 7pm to late (Friday night especially). Suspect it is to do with building design. My friends on the 5th floor didn't have this issue at all.

Good value for money, clean hotel. Offering the basics it is perfect for a short stay. Dinner and breakfast was also decent value. Will definitely return.

Perfectly placed hotel for work. I thought the evening meal menu was limited, though, and particularly when compared with a Beefeater.
