Seems like my review got taken down? Had a very disappointing experience today in Etobicoke! We will not be back! I could leave a long list of staff being rude! Tables being dirty,Policies all of a sudden being told to certain customers?Considering 2 people at the table have been in the restaurant business for over 25 years I was shocked how we and another table were treated! The other table also mentioned they were never coming back as well! I’m sure this review will also be taken down!

First visit - ordered the avocado toast. Avocado did not exist but rather a smear of guacamole- perhaps a teaspoon. Waitress totally uninterested and unattentive. Surprised this was a chain. Won’t visit again!

Love it! The food is good, the space is bright and cheerful, but the real standout is the staff. We go frequently and every single experience is positive from the waitlist system to the dining experience. We usually attend as two but recently came with ten on a Saturday as close to after 1pm as possible. This is really tough for staff but they did a bang up job to accommodate us for a special occasion and we are SO appreciative. We promise to come as a pair next time :) I really appreciate the selection of breakfast items. The fresh juice drinks are yummy and I fully admit to some decadent Sunday mornings where we have the food delivered to our house. Love you guys. Don’t change a thing please :)

Good breakfast. Noisy environment however.

First time going to Pur & Simple, pricing was as expected, between $16-$20 for the items I was looking at, however, the portions were huge. The breakfast potatoes were one of the best I've ever had. They were soft on the inside with a very minimal crisp on the outside and a nice seasoning. I got the Simple Eggs Benedict and it was very delicious. I usually don't finish everything on a plate, but this time was the exception. It was so good. My wife got the mish mash omelet and the thing was half of the large plate. She ate half and took the rest to go. Would definitely recommend this place Parking: Lots of parking available in front and around the restaurant
