Awesome place to have a good steak and drinks!!

This restaurant was decent. When I walked in no one was at the door to greet us for a seat. Imma assume there is no actual hostess. My actual server was very nice ( shorter older lady) I asked the other server for the wifi since my phone wasnt working in that area and Im not from PK. The steak was burnt on the outside and not cooked medium well also it was seasoned at all. There was no salt or pepper on the table either. The french onion soup was amazing! The shrimp and pasta were also a hit. I wouldnt return to this restaurant or recommend it to a friend.

This place is garbage, they even took down my review from a while back. Service is terrible! The owner only responds to 5 star reviews, that says a lot about them. Guess there is no room for improvement? I can't believe people go back to eat at this restaurant, it's just terrible!

The service is great, the food is great, just a bit slow of the service due to many customers. Definitely will go back and try other dishes.

This establishment hits all the proper buttons. From salad. To bread. To French onion soup. To appetizers to the meats all is mighty fine. The staff is very welcoming and the desserts just rock. Make reservations and allow your taste buds to be tantalized. Tom

Delicious steaks

We live right around the corner and frequently visit. Every meal has always been great and the service is even better!

I keep trying this place because it’s local and I love steak but no more. We got a to go order, I got the porterhouse special with shrimp and the shrimp was missing. Waited forever just to get someone’s attention. And the bartender is not friendly.

The server did not do a good job. Should've used paper. The food was amazing but 5 of us at 2 and a half hours when a party of 16 was quicker than us isn't right. They did try to help make it better, but we do not have to go there again. We're good.

First time at the Poughkeepsie Steakhouse. The food was delicious. The candied bacon was a real treat, brought out by the owner. Our server Kaeleigh was very attentive. Great Prime Rib, great music, would definitely recommend it, and will be back! Even though they lost power during our dessert, they made the best of it.

Bacon wrapped scallops were great, Had a 22oz dry aged Ribeye,it was tender,tasty and very filling, and the caramelized onions were cooked to perfection. The side dishes were spot on and their local brews on tap were a refreshing addition to dinner.

Diane is the most awesome waitress ever, food was absolutely amazing, drinks were amazing, I had the chicken cordon blue 😋
