One of the worst customer service, i have ever experienced.

Great service great staff

Drive thru can by slow. And to be honest all the breakfast sandwiches taste like hot plastic. Dunkin is convenient so it’s got that going for it.

Dude I don’t even write reviews but this dunkin has fr sucked for years im convinced a requirement to work here is to have 1 brain cell i literally always get something so completely different from what I ask for idk how it’s even possible still and I was just rly looking forward to my pumpkin ice coffee with cream and for me to get birthday cake with milk is just popostrus milk is gross it’s not hard to make a correct order so therefore one star after countless wrong coffees

Good snacks,coffee,tea hot cocoa and other great cold beverages.

Visited in the early AM. The service was nice and quick. Employee was in good spirits

Always a ok experience

I really wanted a hot cup of coffee and I pay almost 3 dollars for it. Drive away in about 2 miles down the road I try it and it’s from a burnt pot. The driver of my vehicle wouldn’t turn around so I’m stuck with a hot cup of coffee, that’s totally burnt this Duncan as I’ve been told by others really leaves a lot to be desired.
