Very happy with my sandwich and soup! When something went wrong with another person with me's sandwich they didn't hesitate to make it right. They were apologetic especially since it was a sensitivity issue and they remade the sandwich without that ingredient. Fantastic staff, great food, and an overall good experience. I look forward to coming back! Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! They have great kid meal options.

However, where this place falls considerably short is in the realm of customer interaction. It's evident that there's a lack of an effective order tracking system. This deficiency could become a significant issue during peak hours or busy weekends. The absence of a ticket system left orders disorganized. It's frustrating to place an order, see cold toppings added, receive your food, and then be asked what you ordered. As a customer, I shouldn't have to reiterate my order; it should be known once I've placed it. A basic ticket system at the order counter could rectify this issue, sending orders seamlessly to the point of sale. In summary, the food has great potential, but the shortcomings in customer interaction are a notable drawback. Implementing a simple ticket system could greatly enhance the dining experience and make it more business-savvy. Vegetarian options: Very customizable

My first time there, my order got switched by mistake. I made it all the way home and then realized. They remade my sandwich when I came back so I had a fresh one without me having to ask. They gave me a fresh drink and a free cookie upon request for my trouble. The meatball sandwich was okay. I’ve tried the chicken club since then and it was really good so I would recommend that.

Great sammich! Kayla made my day when she saw my stickers and offered up some cool Potbelly stickers for my laptop. Food was great and service personalized what more can you ask for. Parking: Plenty of ample parking even if in the large Cabela’s lot.

Great food and quick drive thru

This team is KILLING it. They don't just wait for your sandwich to get done cooking before they take down your toppings and stuff. They get you out of the line asap. Outstanding drive.
