I enjoyed eating here with my family. Food was spicy but tasty.

The workers are very kind and sweet, the food is amazing as well! The prices are affordable which is a plus. Definitely will be coming back here when I'm in DC again!

The young short man taking our order refused speak a word, and just nodded his head when we asked a question. Another employee came out later and made our order, who was nice. My stomach hurts after eating the Mediterranean sub so I'm not sure if I would come back to this location.

Ordered original BLTA with extra bacon, $14 for 4 pieces of bacon. Never getting sandwich at potbelly

Food was great and the staff was very friendly and efficient. Was nice just to grab a quick bite and take it back with me. Convenient location to most other things.

Went in for a visit today, the person making my sandwich and training another young man was very rude and stand offish. Her attitude was disruptive and we weren’t greeted upon entry.

Could not call in an order because the lady said they were busy. So I go around the corner, five minute walk. I walk in they is one person in line. The system would not take the order on the phone because the system was down. If you want our money please do better.
