Potbelly

I went to get a sandwich and they had a sign on the door that said they didn’t open until 12pm. Once I got inside they wasn’t taking orders unless it was online and they wasn’t starting until 12:30pm because they didn’t have their set up ready. I was in my break and just wanted a quick bite.

Sandwich was delicious. Nicely made just as I had ordered it. And my milkshake was thick and delicious too. Order on the app for extra speciality sandwiches. Also I highly recommend the salads as well.

It took 50 minutes to pick up the order, it wasn't even busy

I bought the big Spicy Italian on Friday, Dec 8. I am giving 3 stars because I asked for extra peppers and pickles but Jack only put little bit of both and the sandwich was very salty.

Ordered delivery off the App. 30 minutes after when my food was supposed to be delivered I called yo ask about it and was told my food had been sitting there because they didn’t have any drivers. When I questioned why it let me order delivery when that wasn’t an option they blamed me because ‘no one orders delivery from the app’. Ordering from direct app is most profitable for them so you think they’d prefer this. Don’t order delivery unless your sure they have drivers apparently(?). Very strange service…

My sandwich sat for a lil while. So it was not piping hot, but it was definitely still good! I enjoyed it, I ordered the Wreck. I will be back for more

Been to this location four times and every time I go this potbelly makes the sloppiest sandwiches of all potbelly’s. ‍♂️ Food just get thrown together.
