Great subs the problem they have air on so low it is freezing in there i aye outside
I get potbelly for lunch about twice a week. Normally the same sub, tuna and Swiss, with the same toppings. I've never been upcharged for avocado. I came later today, around 6p.m. and the cashier tells me it will be an upcharge of $2.29 for avocado. $2.29??? I explained I come here every week and have never been charged. She said she's been here for years and that's always been the case. It is insulting to be charged $2.29 for a topping. If that's the case, the company should put that on the pricing. That is an absurd amount to charge for a topping. It's my go to lunch spot and I'm appalled by my experience. Risking losing a loyal customer for $2.29. I took time out of my busy schedule to write a review. Management, I hope you fix this issue or your evening staff.
Horrible service, they didn't make the food right and then argued with my wife when she asked to have the subs remade
I came in and placed an order for a sub and the customer service was very confusing and unhelpful and rude you could not rush me down the line and ask if that was it and make it more clear u have to order soup at same end u order sandwiches .
I forgot the name of the manager, the one with the rainbow glasses, forgive me. Absolutely amazing woman. Everytime I visit she makes sure that everyone is taken care of. If the wait is longer than expected she apologizes repeatedly which is fine. I just find it sweet that she takes the people and workers into consideration. When it’s slowed she made time to talk to us asking us about our day, making small talk. Today I was surprising my girlfriend with lunch for her birthday and my girlfriend is the type of person that always changes what she puts on her sandwiches depending on what she’s craving. I asked them if it was ok to put everything on the side and without hesitation it was a “absolutely.” It did take longer than normal and she kept apologizing for the wait. I wasn’t in a hurry but it was nice to hear the consideration. I did tip for the amazing service. Sandwiches are always on point the people are friendly and I’m grateful to have them in my area
I wish they had better attitudes at the drive-through windows and when you’re ordering, I hate being rushed to order. It’s like be patient please and thank you!
When I opened my sandwich and saw brown colored lettuce I was turned off completely, my husband also ordered a chicken club and they put bacon on his sandwich when he asked for the club without bacon.
Couldn't get an order correct if you offered them a sack full of diamonds to do so.
I placed an order using Uber Eats, and my driver made a mistake, so he went up there to fix it, and I noticed that potbelly gave me that same sandwich I never ordered. So I called them and they put me on hold. It was 5 minutes later before I hung up. Learn to slow down. I can't eat white bread, and I don't have free time to make a phone call.
Ordered ahead as usual. Had to wait in line for 20 minutes because no one acknowledged me at the counter. The old lady at the counter completely ignored me. Now my food is cold and soggy and will go in the trash. Whats the point of online orders if you're gonna make people wait in line. Will never go to this location again.
I always have a great experience here. Food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff is always so kind.

I was in the drive thru and a young lady with a low bun was making my food. All of a sudden a the tall light skinned male manager began yelling and waving his hand around towards the young lady, in an angry manner. I heard him telling her to get out and he was in her face saying that he will call police if she refuses to leave! From the outside, the young lady looked as if she was doing her job nothing seemed out of the ordinary. She looked very frustrated and rightfully so! If I was being fired for a smirk or a laugh I would be furious! Needs to definitely do better and take a better look at management.

Their food is awesome. Only the “bowl” of soup is small. 5-7 deliveries so far and no problems.

these are the same people who fight for 20$ an hour but don’t actually care about there job at all was in line to get a sub and never got it they didn’t even make the mf some lady and her kid came in after and had there food up in 5 min while i was already sitting there waiting for 15-20 moments like this make me wanna freak out in public cause it’s disrespectful definitely won’t be goin back ever again.
