Very rude employee maybe manager says I’m early to pick up an order. This wasn’t the first time either. Makes no sense. Work on customer service skills if you working with the public please thank you!

Clean atmosphere. Friendly servers. Stephen & Mike were pleasant. My food was made appropriately & swiftly as well. I ordered the chicken salad salad & mac and cheese. Both were freshly made. The space was clean and open. Lots of seating. The bathrooms were clean. There's outdoor seating as well. Parking: Lots of parking in front and on side. Wheelchair accessibility: Smooth surface good for wheelchairs. Wider seating spaces available.

I ordered the Avo Turkey sandwich....pretty good!

Not sure how you order two sandwiches and get both wrong .

This potbelly location consistently puts out good food and service. Theres a worker who’s name I think is Anthony who always provides top notch service. Every time hes working I always get a well made sandwich with great customer service.

The two ladies that worked on 6 PM on 9/30/23 were fantastic. I forgot to ask for their names but their service was exceptional.

They’ve messed my to go orders up twice in a row now. By the time I got home (30 minutes away) it was too far to bring them back. This is the only location I’ve ever had this issue with before.
