The food is just ok. The employees have got to be Ai. They don't smile, speak or make you feel welcome at all. This was our first and last visit.
If I had to rate my dissatisfaction on the scale of one to 10 it would be 15 the reason why I said is because as soon as I walked in the door, I greeted the associates twice and the response was are you here to pick up? are you going to order, so I left in winter MOD Pizza and I’m so glad that I did if I had stayed and ordered I feel I would’ve regretted that decision and also after ordering at MOD. I noticed that a customer went into POTBELLY and walk right back out just like I did, if you value your respect and love great customer service , I say don’t go to this place, but the choice is yours.
Potbelly provides a satisfying dining experience with its warm and inviting ambiance. The Avocado Turkey sandwich is a standout, featuring a perfect balance of ingredients. The live music performances, a distinctive feature in some locations, add a lively touch to the atmosphere. The service is generally quick and efficient, making it a great spot for a casual lunch or dinner. While the menu leans heavily on sandwiches, the limited but tasty selection of soups and shakes complements the overall offering. For a relaxed and tasty meal, Potbelly is a reliable choice.
Pretty good sandwich spot. Got their broccoli and cheese soup. It was delicious. Also got the Italian sandwich. It was good. Don’t forget to be a reward member to get points.
Adrian & Antoine were awesome. Especially Adrian who took my verbal order & then took my money at the end. This guy is kind, courteous, patient, friendly, & happy to be there working at Potbelly. Please pass this along to Adrian for us. My girlfriend & I went there & had the most pleasant experience. My mother-in-law absolutely enjoyed her sandwich due to Adrian not toasting the bread as much as normally. She can't chew that well, so this was a blessing. Then Antoine was also a kind, well-mannered gentleman. Nothing but kudos for these guys. This restaurant is in competition with Tempe Potbelly for most lovely place to eat. :-)
Oooh yes- this sandwich place was GOOD! My better half and I decided to order Potbelly Sandwiches to go because we wanted to get in, stay warm (as it was chilly over the weekend) and enjoy a tasty sandwich with some kettlecooked chips, and so we stopped here for our sandwiches. I'd never had one of these but I'd hear great things... and I know why now. The place was clean, pretty empty on a Saturday night, and so we walked right up to order. I do believe most of their sandwiches come hot, warm, or toasted although you can have them not if you so prefer. I went for the chicken bacon sandwich on wheat and added mayo, lettuce, cheddar, tomato, onion, and ranch sauce - and mmmm, mm, mmm was it good! Even after taking it home, it wasn't overly soggy from the mayo or ranch (was about a 20-minute drive home) and it was delicious. My significant other (SO) ordered a sandwich called a "Wrecked" - which was meaty Turkey breast, hickory-smoked ham, Angus roast beef, salami, and went with swiss cheese. I tried it and I loved the meats in it, and the combination of them together, it was truly super tasty! He also had it on wheat and added some mayo and deli mustard. They had some bomb looking large cookies at the register, but we resisted... we also resisted the incredible looking shakes too (which I later regretted) but we were beyond satisfied with the food and the service of this Potbelly Sandwich Shop - thank you!
Store was clean and staff was nice. I got a Wreck chips drink and cookie for $23.00...expensive for a sandwich shop.
