Second time walking in at 11 am and they say they don't open until noon. Door says 10 am. "There's only two of us, and we got online orders." Offered 5 buck tip and for the second time left without a turkey sub and a soda. Wild times.
Food is always hot and fresh. To keep this experience do not expect delivery partners to care for your food. I ordered a meal and included that I’m at work for the driver to bring it to service desk, went looking for my order dasher stated she left it outside.

Enjoy the potbelly brand as a whole. However because the workers were ready to be done for the night I got less quality service. I had a long day at the hospital and wanted to grab a sandwich quick and ended up with nothing but bread. I used to work in the service industry but the standard is to service every customer equally and to be given less than is extremely disappointing. Do better and if staying open until 9 is an issue to where the level of service suffers I suggest management start closing at 8pm.
Food was good but Manager was crying that we didn't leave enough notice for a catering sandwich order even though we ordered it two days in advance online. We left a tip over $50 and they still were crying. Dear Sir please keep some tissue in the back (your customers)
