In the past, I have ordered catering through this location for University events. For fulfilling University policies, I need an itemized receipt. In the past they have provided these without issue but for the most recent catering order they have not. I requested a receipt the day of order pickup but they did provide one and mentioned they would email me one. I did not receive an email with the receipt so I followed up by phone and email multiple times. I only reached a service member once and their boss mentioned they would follow up but I have not heard anything back. My past emails did not receive a response either unfortunately. I'm disappointed with the customer service I have received with this order. I would not recommend them for orders where a receipt is needed.

Had a great sandwich and cup of soup

This place has messed up my order numerous times. And typically, you’ll wait inside longer for online orders than you would just walking in and going through the line. Today, their systems were “down” and they completely messed up my order once again… The girl asks me as I’m already there waiting for my online order: “What sandwich did you get?”, I reply “The Grilled Chicken on wheat” and she proceeds to come hand me a grilled chicken and cheddar with zero toppings on it that was seemingly just sitting around. Once she realized that wasn’t my order (My order: Everything on it besides onions and mustard), she goes back to “fix it” after I tell her what I wanted on it and still messes it up (has mustard and onion on it and not everything else). On top of that, my “hot” sandwich was cold. Not to mention my sub was supposed to be on wheat bread and it was not. Yum…

Foods gas but the workers are always rude.

Ordered the large Powerhouse salad as I usually do but this time the girl with the long dark blonde straight hair at this location that made my salad not only needs a serious attitude adjustment but gave me a salad that was half the size it should be, it is usually filled to the top of the bowl. It had Two small pieces of chx, no avacodo and barely there amount of Hummus and a sprinkle of egg if that. I've been to this location once before and have had this salad numerous times at other locations around the US as I travel alot for work, so im well aware of what its suppose to look like.Does my salad look anything like the picture on the website???? NOPE! I also asked for balsamic dressing instead of the fat-free that she gave me instead, which is no big deal she prob didnt hear me but when i asked her for the correct dressing she practically threw them at me. And God forbid when I asked a for a bag since since I wasn't eating there it just about threw her over the edge. I was the only customer in the place. The guy that took my order was pleasant. Next time I'll just go to aTarget one block down and Grab a salad for half the price and without the bad energy of this establishment. I mean really can this meal look anymore pathetic??!..smh

Soup was strange nothing there, only burgers.
