Update 2: Nearly two years later and they have still not replaced the sandwich. They lost a customer for life and I haven't stopped sharing my experience. They'd rather have a formerly happy customer hate them for life and tell everybody how awful they are until the end of time than simply replace one measly sandwich that they screwed up. Seems like a horrible business strategy in my opinion. Update: A year later and still nobody from this restaurant ever contacted me or tried to make the situation right so yes, I have not had Potbelly in a year. They'd rather lose a customer for life than replace a sandwich they screwed up. Original review: They served me a meatball sub with no meatballs and did not apologize, replace, or refund the item. Absolutely ridiculous!

A go to place when I'm in a hurry. Stopped in for lunch. Friendly service as always. Lunch today sandwich, and not very good shake. Stopped in for lunch

I ordered a tuna sandwich today. I don't know how a 4.4 star shop made this low quality sandwich? After 2/3 bites, I threw it away. Service was good but what you will do with that when food is trash.

The soup amazing!! The cookies were so delicious and moist they just fell apart in your mouth the sandwiches were really good my favorite is the soups A bit pricey but for a CLEAN place to eat worth it, the staff is not really friendly .

Food is delicious, although the order was wrong... twice. Super busy at lunchtime... I wouldn't recommend visiting during lunchtime. Next time I order an Avo Turkey sandwich, I'll open it up and make sure the avo is included.

A Chicago favorite. Best fast deli to go to.
