First time eating Potbelly’s. Loved the giant pickle. Ordered the Mediterranean sandwich was good, but dry. A sauce would’ve tied it all together.

We came from Florida every year to Lake Geneva, we love this place, the soups and the sandwiches are great, but today Sunday Nov 5 very disappointed w all staff kind a rude, dinner and tables are not clean at 3pm, fountain machine doesn’t work, not crackers for the soup. Staff they only standing in front the cashier.

3 people on a shift and only one person is helping the customers. You can lift those chairs when you have no line and there is nobody sitting in your dining area
