These 3 people were so nice to my picky needs thank you Becca , Caleb and Cameron
The freshest and fastest food you can get in Gainesville.
Friendly fast service. Tasty food. Restaurant was a tad messy.
I come here almost everyday for lunch, the staff are always very kind and even recognize me, they may be part of a large company but they give small town feel.
Fantastic place and even better staff. An issue came up with my order and Eddie made sure everything was perfect and helped fix the issue. 10/10 experience.
The Potbelly restaurant in Hay Market was good. Food was good and the milkshake was good as well. Service could use some improvement, though. First time there and I wasn’t actually sure where to order and they ended up taking someone else’s, who came in after me, order before mine. Otherwise, everything was good and everyone was polite and friendly.
I went in today at about 11:55am. The guy that I first came to asked what he could get me, but was rude and had an attitude throughout my short interaction with him. I very clearly stated the size, bread, and type of sandwich the first time, but he looked at me with this blank stare and asked me ‘what?’ 3 times before he got it… after this I get back home only to find the ‘A Wreck’ sandwich that he prepared the meat for didn’t have but one piece of roast beef on it and not even close to the amount of meat they’ve always put on this sandwich in the past. I’ve been here before and never had any issues to this magnitude, but I have had issues with this one specific employee and their inability to adequately be a customer facing employee and represent the business because they are unhappy in some way. I remained respectful to the two other lady’s in there and I did not mention anything in store or hold up the line that formed behind me, however, this experience will lead me to not go back. In fear that this employee would do something to the food, such as not be consistent in preparing sandwiches for people dependent on mood or if they like a particular person. $14.95 with tip (because I wouldn’t not tip because of just one rude employee) is not the most expensive but not the cheapest, and I feel that the employees help make the experience and food worth the price. If it’s your first time at potbelly’s, steer clear of this particular one as you may find the person behind the counter is not friendly.
Best toasted subs anywhere.
