There has been a recent change in the cook here. Since that change, I’ve picked up food twice and both times the food has been terrible. The previous cook did a wonderful job and the portions were generous. Whoever has taken over, is not in the same class as the previous cook. The owner of this franchise will see a drop in sales due to such a dramatic drop in quality. I live close and was a regular customer, but I will not be going back. Update me if the quality ever improves.
I just want to share how amazing you all's food is! We just had lunch at our office and a rep ordered plate lunches from you all and it was delicious. I feel like I was back home at my parents in country. Gravy and rice was the best and meat was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Will visit soon.
Jambalaya is among the best in the area
Food wasn't really seasoned and they have my baby a salad with plain azz lettuce and me redheads with no rice..
I CANNOT. WHO GIVES REDBEANS WITH NO RICE AND EVEN SALAD OUT THE BAG HAVE CARROTS. NEVER AGAIN EVEN THOUGH IT WAS CHEAP.
Nicest people and best customer service in all of Baton Rouge. Great food as well, I hope they have all the success they deserve!
Delicious fresh food. We had the gumbo and potato salad and it was the bomb. It was full of chunks of chicken and sausage and the tater salad was greatIt's a family business and the people were super friendly. If you're craving a reasonably priced bowl of delicious after your Costco run, these guys are the ticket.
First time trying. The pastalya was awesome.. would definitely go back
Very busy when I went at lunchtime. Ordered a large bucket of jambalaya and it was fantastic! Super soft rice and moist chicken
Delicious and fast. No dairy in the jambalaya, gumbo, or red beans. Fantastic. Wish there was one in NC!
I stop in for a quick to go lunch from time to time and their Jambalaya is always great. The Pot & Paddle is so much better than going to one of those fast food places. Service is friendly and good
