Very poor customer service. Ordered a margarita pizza for the kids while we walked around the harbour. Only to find out when we sat down to eat they gave us a marinara pizza (we never order this as this is no cheese). Kids were very hungry so ate some crust and older one had a slice. I went back to clarify the order. They didn’t make a new one despite the miscommunication. I’m not hurting for their pizza but they didn’t care to keep the customer happy. At this point, my kids were starving so we went to Capras instead. I was so surprised that the idea of customer service was so lost upon them. I will not be returning. Do yourself a favor, and try Capra’s instead if you’re looking for an Italian spot in the Port Credit area. Much better food and stellar customer service.

Fantastic

Hosted our engagement party here over the weekend. The planning was seamless and the whole team was invested in it and knew the details of the event at any time Ryan was our server for the evening and he was nothing short of WONDERFUL. He was attentive to our guests at all time, and followed up with myself or fiancé whenever he had questions or wanted to update us. I want him at every event we host!! The food was amazing, it was hot and served in a timely manner! We also had the flaming Parmesan wheel that was so entertaining for our guests and something they’ve never experienced before! Overall, another amazing experience at Posta!! Thank you again!

Came here for an engagement party and the food was fabulous but these two absolutely made our night! Ryan and Rosie are the heart of the restaurant!!

Was here today for a real estate event, the food was tremendous and the ambience was amazing as it’s right off of the Lake. Great staff and I like how a lot of the desserts are also made in house. You can taste the difference

I’m not going to lie to you, this is the best service I’ve ever had, my whole group thought Lauryn served us really well, she had some really good recommendations and definitely made the night one not to forget, she described the potatoes that come with one of the burgers in such a way that my mouth started watering, definitely deserves a bonus!
