Portillo's Westfield

Always respectable quality, prices are high so have a greater expectation. Service was good & speed of service slightly slower than you'd expect with amount of staff they had, especially at night when business is slower

Somehow the food might be better at these new Indy portillos than the ones up in the Chicago area.

Food is always delicious!

Flavorless meat. Undercooked French fries. Not even close to a genuine meal.

Great food. Not too expensive.

I posted one week ago that my order was incorrect. Decided to give it another try. Ordered two hot dogs in the drive through, no relish extra sport peppers. There were 0 sport peppers. I had to go inside to get it corrected. This is hopeless. A true disappointment for someone who grew up with true Portillo’s in Chicago. The Westfield location is an embarrassment to the brand. At this point I feel like I’m in the twilight zone. My order is never correct. I used to come daily, then once a week, now once a month but honestly never again. It’s a hot dog. There’s 5 things that go on it. This SHOULDNT be necessary but perhaps you need a quality person inspecting the food before it goes in the bag.

Portillo's is ALWAYS 5 stars. Doesn't matter the state, the time of day or who's working, it's always the same. I usually get a chili cheese dog with onions but you CANNOT go wrong with anything on the menu and you'll have a smiling face taking your order. If you aren't familiar, treat yourself and STOP THERE.

Bought a hotdog tasted hard and chewy like rubber told the employees at the pickup all they did is laugh at me because none of them gave a shit. They sell rubber chewy hotdogs here
