Port of Subs

Unorganized and slow. Online orders are never ready. Food quality is questionable and employees are rude

We've been to other Port of Subs locations and saw this one as we were driving by. Let me just say, we should've kept driving! There was no one else here close to lunch time (should've been a red flag 🙄) and the two employees appeared to have been making sandwiches for online orders. It took 10 minutes for them to start on our order. The meats and cheeses were sliced so thin and skimpy and they skimped on all of the veggies as well. The bread was flat and was flattened even more when toasted. Not like we expect any over the top service, but the woman had the personality of a wall and the young man was too busy trying not to slice off a finger that we weren't greeted. Worst sandwiches and a waste of money!

Didn’t accept own coupons. Service was almost non communicative and the sub was flat and not what expected or of value.

I love Port of Subs and have eaten there for years. This location is in need of support and training so employees can feel more confident and cheerful instead of frazzled during a very light "lunch rush". I think there were 5 customers at 1:00 in the afternoon and yet there was struggle with spreading avocado and working the toaster. Most importantly, food handlers Need to change gloves after handling money or the register and before touching food, yet they didn't.

Clean and convenient location. Staff was okay, but their food is way overpriced. Nice that they have potato salad too. The Small size is perfect for a light lunch.

Kind hardworking team…of 2! overwhelmed during rushes-had to wait 30 minutes past scheduled take out pick up time due to a rush.

OMG !!! This was the best sandwich I’ve ever had . Stirling and Karina were such amazing help . I couldn’t decide what to get and they guided through every step of the way . And then I ate it in the store and we talked and laughed . Wow , customer service 101. Shout out to Stirling and Karina . I’m definitely going to come back . This was an A+ experience .

Super clean and friendly staff

Holly greeted us with a smile as we walked and and the entire time she was taking our order she had that same smile on her face! She was very Polite and sweet and even made recommendations. Usually places like this or just fast food in general the employees are always grouchy and hating life. She seems to be very happy to be there helping us. I really do appreciate her.
