Incredibly rude

Food is okay. Service at this location is horrific! Always very rude to customers and items missing from order all the time. I would rather drive to hanover location 35mins away to get better service and not be treated like a piece of dirt. Very sad there is not another location in York...

Foods fine but everytime ive gone theyve messed my order up

Only received half of my door dash order. really mad .when only half of your family gets to eat. That's not a good feeling. Then when i called to see what happened. they tell me to come get what they forgot to give me. That's not how it works. Not good mt.rose Popeyes.

Super fast and friendly

I tend to order takeout from this location. I'm a big fan of fried chicken and Popeyes usually fills that craving. Only drawback I've had here, is some attention to detail in the past. I've had orders that were incomplete to incorrect. It seems that issue has improved recently.
