Terrible customer service. An urgently change needed to be done in order to change the negative outputs of this house.

Awkward building structure. Always randoms hanging out. And of course.... YOU BOUT TO WAIT FO' YO FOOD...🤦🏿♂️
The food here is delicious. Their fried chicken is great — always hot and juicy with good-sized portions. The red beans and rice is amazing. Their fries are usually good too — though you can sometimes get a soggy batch.
You can complain that they don’t clean the floors enough or that the people behind the counter are over-worked. Both probably true — but it’s a Popeyes in Adams Morgan, not Chez Paris.
Waiting long to be served, leaving and returning then not being able to dine-in, then when it was my turn to order the cashier was totally focusing on shouting towards people in the dining space instead of focusing on taking my order. Then, from management assistance wanted to over-charge despite and after saying my specific request would be honored. All that took an additional lengthy period for my transaction to process since then correction in the system was needed but took a while to hit, then to process my swiped payment entry. There's more to the outcome but this is enough for me sharing.
First time at this particular restaurant and.... What do you think the rest is?
I ordered 3 12pc dinners with a side of fries when I arrived home I realized I did not receive any fries and called the store multiple times and no one answered that is very poor customer service and I want my refund
Just terrible, floors full of food while everyone stands around, laughing joking, was discriminated against left waiting for 22 minutes for an online order, no one in the store at the time. Just bad experience and scared to eat my food because the rest was carried from the back not put on the heating rack.
Hice una orden mobil mientras estaba en el restaurante y le hice saber al personal de que estaba recogiendo mi orden en ese momento, nadie me puso atención, fui ignorado hasta que una gerente llegó y empezó a trabajar en mi orden pero ya habían pasado 34 minutos.
