I'm sorry but this Popeye's has very bad service to serve people and secondly for the people who pick up the delivery, they take too long, they make bad taste in their dealings, it's a job that many people have today but the staff that serves there are very rude.

I ordered BOGO and they charged me twice.

The Supervisor on duty that day was outstanding! She handled each order with respect, made sure there were no mistakes or mix-ups!

Ordered on ubereats and they skipped the breast and gave me two wings. They would only do this on ubereats because they can get away with it.

A guy named William was the cashier. He had a bad attitude already like he didn't want to be there. I asked for the 5pc (spicy)tenders with two sides. With both sides being fries. On my way out of the establishment I followed up and asked were my tenders spicy because the receipt said classic, he said yes they are. I left because I had someone waiting on me. Now that I'm home, I'm extremely disappointed that not only I didn't get spicy tenders, I also didn't receive my other side of fries. If you go there make sure to check your food before you leave so you don't end up like me.

Love these folks but you've really got to pay attention and make sure they package your entire meal. It's a high chance you're not going to get your order of mac & cheese.
