The atmosphere was negative, customer service was not professional. The only person that seem like they had it together was the guy who was cooking the chicken. The cashier still got my order wrong, when asked what two pieces of chicken did I want again! Something was going on there that affected these women behavior and attitudes. There was some bad language spoken and I have never saw this before! This happened on yesterday 10/31/2024 in the afternoon around 2pm. This happened at the Warren location on Hoover.
Lunch time and have 5 minutes for chicken to come up. Waiting at the speaker for 3 minutes and then told to wait behind the pole so there timer wasn’t over. Horrible service.
It’s really a zero!!! I was calling all day to order 75 boneless for a Halloween party it would ring 5-6x and disconnect you so I had to wait until an hour ahead to order on app I continued to look that order was being prepared because historically this location gets my order wrong or misses half of order but all looked good! I get there for them to say they have no boneless wings but don’t call or inform me so I can get an order placed somewhere else I’m due to be at party in chesterfield in 45 min with no food then I have to dispute the $70 order cuz I was charged for it!!!🤬😡completely ridiculous restaurant staff and app apparently

zero stars. This is the worst popeyes ever . Employees are super ghetto and they are super slow. These are some of the worst seems to be lazy employees I've ever seen.
Please if you can choose another location.
Ok service took forever to close out order and leave and they were not stocked with all items on menus . If you like to wait then go here and order something they have available vs. what you want then go here too!
Fast service only because all 50 cars left the drive thru at the same time. Chicken taste like it cooked a week ago. I should have followed.

I put an on line order. My son picked it up, he got to car checked the bag. No 2 piece. Goes back they tell him he'll have 2 wait 10 minutes for chicken. Meanwhile our other food sat and got cold. Didn't offer all fresh food, then the gave me double mashed and no red beans and rice. It's dinner time and 5:30. Do better
I don't know what takes them so long. I had a DoorDash pick up I waited 10 minutes in line after them telling me to pull up. I get to the window and they say they don't have surf and turf should have told me that at the speaker. And the fact that he checked on the order at the speaker.
I love the Popeyes chicken sandwich with the sweet heat sauce. The sandwich was not fresh at all and it was not delicious like it usually is
I arrived at Popeyes at 11:03 went to the door to find out that the door is lock and the inside is close. Then I go to the drive thru where it’s 5 cars in front of me and no one is moving and no one is taking orders. It’s now 11:25 and I still haven’t reach the window to get my phone now I’m about to be late getting back to work. I spent my whole 30 min lunch in this line. This is ridiculous! They need management this is outrageous. It’s now 11:27 and I still haven’t received my food.

Super slow in drive thru. 30 minutes in drive thru is crazy. If anything else around was open, I would have gone. Pull up to the window to pay. Then they have you back up to stop the timer. The average car is 8 minutes until they pull you forward. 6 cars left since I've been in line. A shameful mismanaged restaurant.
Horrible costumer service. 30 min plus wait time for food and the restaurant was empty employees too busy having a party
This Popeyes is extremely slow all the time, as well as they have things on their menu board that isn't available can anybody do their job
