Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

My hubby got chicken. He was very satisfied. I got the shrimp and tenders combo. Why did they forget my tenders? When I called and told them they gave me an attitude. I am not going back

We got wings and they were disappointing to say the least. Popeyes has a reputation of being delicious at a reasonable price. They did not live up to this. Maybe it's the location.

I did not get my strawberry biscuit, nor my receipt. My food was just on the border of room temperature. And my 3 chicken strips was more like 2.5

Terrible terrible terrible. Rude beyond belief. Wish this location would shut down so it could become a different restaurant. Rude employees who don't even acknowledge you when you walk in the store. Never going back.

So this last visit was much better than past visits, I also ordered in the app and picked up inside. Previous visits I sat in line waiting 20 minutes to order then they would pull cars to the yellow post before waiving them to the window. From ordering to window could be 30 minutes or more. Then sometimes after making it to the window to pay takes about 10 minutes and more times than not asked to park to wait on the food to be brought to you which is another 20 minutes. I stopped going for the longest time. Last time I ordered red beans and rice the beans were rancid and didn't notice until they were in my mouth. The rotten taste was the worst ever. How does that even happen? This time though I did have wait because they were 1 chicken strip short of the 14 price. I didn't mind I asked if I could get all the fresh ones instead of just the one and she obliged and was very kind. The lobby was clean and the 2 people working the lobby were kind as well. The food tasted great and nothing was missing this time. I was please with this visit. I like that you can choose the pick up time as well. Helps keep me from trying to order while driving. If going forward more of my experiences are like my most recent I will definitely give more stats and update. Just be cautious and definitely order ahead and pick up inside!
