This place is not only ghetto. The food is terrible. Don’t waste your money here!! I had to throw out more than half of my meal

Put in at pick up order at 4:45pm, and showed up at 5:15pm didn't receive my food until 5:45pm. Shouldn't have to wait that long for an order I put in before I even arrived at the restaurant.

The manager with the glasses is very rude. She dont have ppl. Skills.

Waited over 15 minutes for order to be taken, internet says open at 10, but it's 11, seriously understaffed, workers were pleasant under the cirumstances

if you go in person expect to wait 30 minutes in line, with maybe 2 other people. Also don’t trust that you will be getting everything you order, last time i went i ordered wings, fries, and a drink, my wife ordered the same, I did not receive the fries i paid extra for, and she did not receive her sides as well. The time before I order chicken tenders and got bone in chicken thighs wings and breast, cuz i ordered chicken with no bone why would i want bone?? WATCH YALL DAYS POPEYES CREDIT CARD STEALING BUMSSSSS. mess up my order again bruh

Rude and the employees don't even acknowledge you.

Slow, be prepared to spend an hour in the drive thru.

This is by far the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. They take forever. I watch the manager, prepare my order, Backup, then grab her phone went to the back and made a phone call and I waited another five minutes.

Popeyes is always a hit; I seldom have a bad experience. This time, however, left me a bit confused. I ordered one Golden BBQ chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese, along with two Ghost Pepper chicken sandwiches in an online order and ended up getting a plain Golden BBQ, one Ghost Pepper with bacon and cheese, and one plain Ghost Pepper. Unfortunately I didn't think to check the sandwiches before leaving so I couldn't get them to swap it out but the customer support is wonderful and did offer me a refund for my sandwich mix up. All in all, not the biggest deal and we are looking forward to going back. 🤤

0 starts they will always give you the wrong food they give you what ever they feel not what you order I call the restaurant the manager just keep put me on hold and hang up not even helping me stay away from this place

This is absolutely the dirtiest place I have ever been to the floors in the loony are disgusting and the staff does not handle the food properly. The same gloves they wear to prepare the food are the same gloves they are wearing to pick up stuff from the floor and keeps putting orders together. They don’t get the DoorDash orders right ever and take their time. Service is never quick here and the guy handling the fries doesn’t wear gloves the counters are dirty and sticky. I wish people who are ordering on delivery platforms could see this. I tell every one of my delivery customers that they shouldn’t order from this location because of how dirty it is.

No one answer at the speaker had to pull up window was open employees were on their phones talking someone came and asked was I helped said no the ladies Saud hold on and never came back finally tge worker cane and had a nasty attitude and they didn't have anything I asked for very rude I'm disgusted with this place

The people at this Popeyes are very snotty! If you are looking for a friendly atmosphere avoid this place.
