My order was all good and fresh! The staff was AMAZING!!!

Good thing I like their chicken because sometimes it takes a while to get it.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Popeyes. Upon walking in the employees seemed disgruntled with one another. There was a lot of confusion with orders and the food being cooked in the back. After almost 30 minutes we finally got our food .

We walk in during regular business hours and are told we need to go thru the drive thru. We go thru the drive thru but they say they can't hear us so we have to yell into the loud speaker. Then we get our food home to find that they didn't give us a sandwich and the sauces that were on the receipt they were reading from. When I called to find out what can be done they don't answer the phone and the voice mail box is too full so I can't leave a message. On top of all that they had at least 10 plus workers and we were the only ones in the drive thru. They were all too busy talking about all their personal business and having their friends hanging out while they worked to even assist the 1 customer they had. With all those extra workers and no customers you would think this place would be spotless, but the floors were slippery and there was trash every where. The counter tops and tables were also very dirty. I was able to see all of this and i was only in the building for less then 30 seconds, before they told us to go thru the drive thru. This is a horrible and unsanitary place to order from and I would not ever recommend going here.

Notice a trend in these reviews? Know your place that's for sure. This place is awful. I am a East Tacoma native and I have given this place so many chances over the year's.i was recently served the most disgusting food I have ever seen in my life,and I have been to prison. And that was not the first time. I would suggest not going here and going to a different establishment

My wife came home upset after stopping at this location to get dinner. Apparently, the employee who took her order went to break without letting other employees know about her order. She claimed she was waiting for 30 minutes, so she had to follow up. When she did, she saw her order getting cold just sitting on the counter. She complained to one of the employees, but they didn't seem to care what she had to say. Popeyes just lost a customer, and we're taking our business to Jollibee, not too far from this location, and to be honest, Jollibee's chicken is astronomically better than dried-up Popeyes chicken. By the way, the Kent Popeyes are the same in terms of service and quality of food.

Drive through excellent service

I ordered two orders of shrimp and a Large beans and rice. The beans and rice is a small tiny for $7.98. Make your own. This is ridiculous to charge what they are charging for this. Waste of money and it would be for yours as well.
