Waited in the drive-thru while no one else was there the the employee was rude good foid though

Woman who took out order was rude. Order was incorrect and cold. Worst of all, I realized they accidentally kept my card and have tried all day to reach them with no one answering the phone. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Over 25min for some meat-glue chicken for $17? coleslaw ok, biscuits pretty tasty

The employees here will never have an order correct and made in a timely manner. They do not work efficiently and do not listen.

Rude staff. Long waiting times. Chicken not thoroughly cooked.

As soon as I arrived, there were only about two or three people in the store. I ordered a sandwich and french fries and a drink but it took a long time to serve. One tall manager was yelling at someone. He wasn’t even cooking or helping. He was just standing and talking too me and he went outside Despite the fact that the food was very good, but the Oder was wrong, One girl she’s black she’s was very nice she respect me and help me with my Oder but there was one tall manger he was just yelling to the cooker and the cooker was yelling back there isn’t no respect shown in this store

First of all 2 5 piece tender combos were rang up @ 43 dollars. We caught this and corrected the situation. Throughout the refund process and getting the order straight the manager spent his time being disrespectful, because after the 43 dollar charge we had to pay 27…I am supposed to be getting a refund tomorrow…at this point my 2 combos have cost me around 70 dollars. They attempted to change another customers 1.20 up charge to 4.68. Last time any of my money will be spent at any Popeyes.

Take out order . .. dipping sauce all over the inside bag from leaking container... Didn't get my dessert ..will never go back!
