Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Didn't have much of a problem with the food, or the service, but the tables were filthy, had to look around to find a clean enough one to sit at, and it was after 3pm so it wasn't busy, there were only three tables occupied at the time.

Horrible experience. We pulled up around 9:30 to find only the drivethru was open. Not a big deal because our order was to go anyway. Still, when we got to the menu, we were told every order was going to take 15+ minutes. We were hungry after the State Basketball weekend, so we said that fine. Ordered a 12 pack of wings, 6 of each flavor, as a combo and a 8 pc nuggets combo, mac and cheese and fries. Asked for ranch as a side. After we waited the time and left with our order, we realized that we did not get any ranch, no silverware for the Mac and cheese, and bbq that we didn't ask for. We drove back to get all that stuff. Then, when I got on the interstate, we realized we only got one side of fries. The nuggets were mush. I don't think they were cooked all the way through. The wings were garbage. The wings themselves were so small with little to no meat and the legs were 5 times the size of the wings, but were all breading. No meat on any of them. I'm pretty sure that what happened is the employees were trying to close the store early. When we drove back to get what we didn't have, the drivethru was close and it was around 9:50. I'm pretty sure everything was shut down inside, due to the 15+ wait time. A total waste of $26+.

Rude staff.I asked for dark meat and she said "you don't always get what you want" WHAT !!!.. then 20 minutes after eating chicken all of us were sick, diarrhea and vomiting. Never will eat Popeyes again

So, first of all this place was looking dirty as hell. Got home and realized they messed up my order. I paid for food I didn’t get. When I call back to clarify that somethings was missing, the lady hang up on me. I called back several times and no one would answer me. Very terrible service and food.

Need to work on service. Waited 15 minutes before order was taken. This also happened to others

Pulled into the drive through at 1045. Didn't get our order taken until 1111. Didn't get our food until 1125. And there was no one else in line. Once we got food it was delicious. But it wasn't fast food.

This place sucks made all 3 of us sick chicken has no flavor at all just felt like I was chewing something with zero taste also it was almost double the price it was last year $40 for 8pc fries and biscuits and 2 drinks and it was fresh I asked they said they no longer brine the chicken in house it comes prebrined from company and that's how it is now I'm southern Popeyes was my last fried chicken hope but I will never go back to this or any Popeyes! Maybe KFC ain't changed the recipe of theirs!
