I ordered supper at the drive-thru (16 peice meal), I was asked if I was ok to wait 10-12 min as they needed to make more chicken I said yes for sure (who would say no to fresh chicken). But, when I got home with my order - I was super unimpressed that there were only legs and thighs - not a single piece of white meat. I could see only dark meat if I had ordered only a couple pieces of chicken, even if it was only 8 pieces….but I ordered a 16 piece meal - Big thumbs down.

Store never has my online order ready even when ordered hours in advance. This has happened every single time I have ordered through the app which is 3 for 3 so far on not having the order ready. One time specifically I showed up on time to pick up my order and waited roughly 4 minutes in line and was then told my order would not be ready for another 10 mins. Either the apoximate times on the app need a better look at for accuracy or order readiness needs to be looked at. The consistency with the issue is what bugs me the most because at least inconsistent bad service implies that there is some times where it is good. I would like to state that customer service attitude is fine, but food prep times and the Apps indicator are not reflective of each other it seems. It's fine needing to wait a minute or two to pick up and order so it stays warm, but to have to wait consistently 5-10 minutes each time is frustrating.
today i went to popeyes around 2 pm. and the customer service was sooo sooo soo worst. and i ordered 3 leg pieces ( chicken) it was not fresh and even not warm. she made my order just in a minute. i just took a bite and i threw it in the garbage. because the taste was worst. and i saw her name to who i ordered my food, her name is manisha. even i went to other locations tooo of popeyes . today, this is my first worst experience with this popeyes.
