Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I drove up & asked for the 2 pc meal combo. She ask how many pcs of chicken would you like. I reply, it's a 2 pc Combo. She scolds me & says- You don't have to yell! I ignore her comment & don't respond back. She asks-Mild or Spicy? I reply Mild. What's the side you'd like, I reply Red beans & rice. What's your drink? I reply-Sweet Tea. I drove up, pay for my food and drove home. I opened the meal, I had 3 PCs of dark chicken. All were SPICY, I got Mashed potatoes instead of Red beans. I was Sooooo disappointed.

We walked in and stood in line which was a sticky disgusting mess, never seen anyone get food, we never gave our order before walking out. Gross, we won't be back.

This STORE AND LOCATION AND ITS STAFF! ARE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Ususally I Never leave a review. I ALWAYS give people the benefit of the doubt. This is the second time this happened and I’m DONE! Ordered Nearly $50 worth of food was told the wait will be 15 minutes….here we are 45 minutes later and I had to GO INSIDE to remind these idiots that I’m still waiting for my food! Deer in headlights look! Woman at the front counter taking orders said I drove off when She Watched Me park and wait! Staring directly at me, waiting for a scene to take place! YOUNG LADY you should be FIRED ON THE SPOT! Prepare yourself for the most unprofessional experience possible if you ever eat here!!!

Could have been a better experience if the gal on drive thru had a bright personality and knew how to interact properly considering she's in customer service. Not be dull and ask what I want and the tell me my total like I'm interrupting her day at work. Also my order wasn't correct. I ordered the surk n turf box they gave me the shrimp tackle box so I ended up buying the surn n turf all over again so I had my correct meal. The wings were about the best part of my meal.
