Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I am a doordasher so I didn't eat the food. The restaurant inside was clean and the woman who helped me (I think she was a manager) was very pleasant and efficient.

We stopped last week.The cashier was very friendly. Since it was our first visit she guided us through the menu and ordering process. Chicken came out quickly and was excellent. We came back today and had the exact same experience.

This is the 2nd time I've been here in the past week because we had a job in the area. The GM was working both days, and she really impressed me. Her name is Dominique ( I hope i spelled her name right). The first day, an employee was speaking unprofessional behind the counter, and she corrected it right away and apologized to the customers. Hardly anyone had heard what he had said, but I was impressed because you don't see that these days. Thank you for that. The restaurant was very clean both times, including the bathrooms and most restaurants. You can't even find a clean place to sit down these days. She takes pride in her restaurant for sure. Sharon T was working the front counter and doing drive thru, and she had a smile on her face and was super friendly, and it was so refreshing. I'm so used to having someone who is rude and acting like they hate their life. I enjoyed having her serve my meal today. I will definitely drive across Saginaw to come to THIS Popeyes to eat again. You ladies made it a wonderful time to wait for my meal. Thank you!! 😊 Keep it up! Fresh Chicken for a large meal. Didn't mix new and old.

very disappointed, after long wait for my meal only to discover it was not what I had ordered, to far down the road to turn around. one chicken strip that was about 1/2 wide and 2 inches long counted for a piece. make sure you check your order before leaving this location

She was very rude and ignored us when we explained the order was incorrect.

Food is pretty good but I ordered and paid for my food on the app and it told me to look for order 93 in the pickup window. So I did and was scolded very rudely by the manager lady behind the counter. She looked really stressed out and was being short with the lady ahead of me as she made me wait to prove I wasn't stealing my order

I had the 12 piece boneless wings because I haven't been to Popeyes in a while. They were delicious! Excellent job!

Poor service. Almost every order there is something missing, or something wrong. I always end up regretting going to this location

I ordered online. I must've gotten something wrong. I ordered spicy and got regular. The drive thru was timely.

Horrible!!!! Food was cold biscuits were hard. When I asked for another sauce I was given dirty looks talked about and treated very unfairly I highly recommend you don’t eat here super rude and disgusting food!!

Everyone was so kind and quick to help! So polite, but $4.29 for this?? Seems insane.
