Very deceitful system of delivery. I made a large order and paid delivery tip. Only 1/3 of the ordered food was delivered. They only refunded the price of undelivered food. No refund on service, tax, or driver tip. The driver had who cares attitude. I would never have ordered the large order if I was only going to get one item delivered. Ended up paying $22 for a $12 meal. If they could not deliver the complete order, they should cancel the entire order from the beginning. Never going there again.
I guess I have to do this here, since Popeye's contact me page requires all my personal info to submit a complaint. While I was inside, a customer who was eating inside brought his order back up and said that he ordered dark meat. The man behind the counter took the tray, turned around and PUT THIS MANS CHICKEN BACK ONTO THE TRAY OF CHICKEN THEY WERE SELLING. This man couldve spit on the chicken, could've sneezed on it, could've had his hands all over it, and it got put back onto the tray of chicken they were serving. I am glad that most of the food I ordered had to be made fresh (the rest of it I will throw away.) Absolutely disgusting. My order consisted of french fries, which had been sitting there for at least 10 minutes (cold and stale and greasy), chicken tenders that were undercooked and had blood inside(also lukewarm and greasy), and some popcorn shrimp, which had to be made fresh, since the tray was empty when I ordered it. Y'all charged me $30+ for this mess? Unreal. Worst Popeyes I have ever been too. Will not be returning.
