Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

What you would expect of Popeyes..fresh food, and good service. It can a little slow sometimes, but worth waiting for.

I haven’t eaten at Popeyes in a while due to really bad services and food wasn’t that good it aways seem as if I had old food But today we we decided to eat at Popeyes and I’m not sure if they have a new manager or not but the food was amazing and so was the customer service the food was fresh and the atmosphere was Pleasant oh yeah bring back apple jelly

So, day before yesterdays experience at Popeyes in Pineville 28e location was beyond ignorant! I tricked myself into going to Popeyes in Pineville Monroe Hwy. today. Clearly Popeyes and myself can not have a consumer relationship. Sick n Tired of loosing my 30 min. lunch time to buying uneatable food. I was able to eat the two wings n part of the bisquit. The Breast, idk wth, same as 28e. Popeyes, The Breast was trash! Just disgusting! I'm done giving y'all my money in exchange for unedible food.

It was very clean in the lobby. The atmosphere was very intriguing . I saw members of the staff cater to an elderly couple. They checked on them frequently and made sure they had everything they needed.(not me though)I wasn’t offended because it gave a small town feel ( I know them feel) I asked for my food for dine in but it was packed to go(not a bad thing though) my food was kind of disappointing. My chicken breast was so greasy( like it sat at the bottom of the pan) that I could not eat it. The wing was good though . I also enjoyed the red beans and rice. They were super busy but still tried to clean in between orders. The way they worked together on that drive though was really nice . The team work was as amazing. They communicated well with each other and it looked like genuine support. I ended up ordering more food because I was so disappointing with the breast. There were no napkins or small lids out in the lobby.

I stopped by here on the way to Monroe. I was exhausted and just needed a pick me up. Unfortunately I came in 30 minutes before they opened, but the manager seen I was exhausted and fixed me a meal. This is one of the best examples of hospitality I've ever seen. Great spot.
