Food was good, but I felt the pieces of chicken were small.

Ignorant employees lazy employees they just ignore you 15 minutes in line, finally just left

I never do Popeyes chicken outside of the South. What they call ,"Cajun rice" would be quite controversial in Louisiana. Because both Black Creoles, White Creoles, Cajuns, and none- French Blacks cook what is called "dirty rice". So to keep down conflict, the rice is called, "Rice" with the choices of regular, mild, or spicy. The people here in Phoenix know nothing about properly frying chicken or making dirty rice.

Ordered a 12 piece meal and was NOT happy with the chicken! Had a bad rubber taste. Not a happy customer!!

It’s a Popeyes. Not expecting world class service or food. But this one is particularly bad. Got a see a manager get in a fist fight with someone because they were told to leave and wouldn’t. Last visit I didn’t want the combo with a drink so they gave me the completely wrong order. Overall it’s C- service and food at best.

Definetley the best fried chkn. It never fails great frech fries. Always happy everytime I visit.

We ordered a buy one/get one free chicken sandwiches through Uber eats. We added on several sides to go with our sandwiches and a large drink. When our order was delivered we received everything EXCEPT our chicken sandwiches. They did include the buffalo sauce we requested for the chicken sandwiches however. Uber Eats refunded us for the sandwiches so we decided to utilize the refund to send a driver to retrieve them. Our first phone call to the establishment we were told to come get the sandwiches. When I called back to let them know we were sending a driver the employee put the phone down and walked away from the phone, leaving me hanging. The third time I called back a young woman answered the phone, she began arguing with me about the order. She told me we didn't order the sandwiches, only rice & beans and biscuits. I asked her why they threw in buffalo sauce with our delivery if there was no chicken. I also informed her that Uber Eats refunded us for the chicken sandwiches so they could clearly see we ordered them! She told me she would give me the number to their corporate office. I wasn't mad up until this point. Mistakes are made and we had some of the money back so we wouldn't need to pay out any more money so I was ok, but she decided she wasn't go to help in any way and instead turned the blame on us. Never again will I frequent this place.

Falta personal en atención a clientes

Used an in-app offer to try the new chicken sandwich. Eh. This place does good chicken on the bone & good tenders. But I don't appreciate it when in a bunch. BORING. STODGY. I do love the red beans & rice, and miss their dirty rice.

Why is the food here always stale and old I just ordered through DoorDash and they always get the food wrong. Several missing items and the food is old like it isn’t made fresh. This is what happens when another group that doesn’t know the culture food is in charge of cooking it. Mediocre every time.

Excelente lugar muy sabroso el pollo

I have ordered two 6 pieces inbone lemon pepper wings and they didn't sent the buttermilk ranch which I selected for both the orders. And now when I am calling the number no one even pucks up the phone. Pathetic service, I didn't expected this.

Great Chicken Lunch. They had it prepared perfectly!!! Great job at this location, I am very happy with it hitting that Spot when it makes you say, "Wow, that was really good!"
