Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Oxford st west london Ontario

Ordered, waited 20 minutes which is fine, no gravy on either of the poutines. Seriously none. I’ve ran restaurants I understand it sucks but you have to make a new batch. And also no chicken on the Buffalo chicken poutine, I’m pretty sure it has chicken. So hot sauce, cheese, and friesAnyways was pretty decent until the last two orders but won’t be coming back as I don’t have time to check orders and drive back to correct order. No gravy and no chicken is just theft really and it’s not cheap to eat out anymore and it’s supposed to be a treat.

The food from this location is almost always very good and fresh. I will not go to any other popeyes in London as the food is always hit or miss. The service customer service at this location is always amazing. The restaurant and bathroom are also always clean.

OMG, why did I go back!!!??? WORST PLACE EVER. NEVER AGAIN!!! This is the slowest Popeyes in the world. I live in this neighborhood and like Popeyes food so unfortunately I get forced to come to this place. Sometimes it is so painfully slow I swear I will never come back. The place will be empty, lots of people working, but they will have no food ready so they have to start from scratch and it takes so long. This should not be called fast food, this should be called painfully slow food
