Walked in the shift manager was cussing her staff out and employees was complaining just a very poor customer service environment all together then they got my order wrong and snapped on me because I asked them to make my order right Had to comeback to the store because after waiting 15 minutes for them to switch shifts and get my order right they still got it wrong and gave me the wrong stuff i don’t know who runs this place but y’all need to help the manager find a balance because she is very unhappy with her job and she fully feels y’all as corporate or upper management will do nothing to stop her or help her to understand you don’t just out right snap out on a customer because they ask you a question about what they paid for she openly voiced this in front of a lobby full of customers and it’s very sad to get your food right and not have to be disrespected you have to drive to the other side of town just to get what is not very hard from someone that signed up to make food right and give a healthy and friendly place for costumers to come to to enjoy the food they came for
Bad customer service. I wanted to add more food and the lady act like it was a problem. But I won't go back there ever again
I've been to Popeyes a couple times in this area for deliveries and they never have any food. Never again. Isn't that what a restaurant is for? Having food?
Never again! Ordered online phone app. I ordered a family meal, and didn't receive the biscuits. Although I ordered online, still had to wait 20 minutes and only got a partial of my order.
