Not as good as it use to be. Not as flavorful as it use to be. Whole chicken wings have big part missing.

NEVER ORDER FROM DOORDASH OR UBEREATS. You won’t get your food. THEY ALWAYS CANCEL MY ORDER. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I ordered from doordash, I GOT FOOD POISONING, not only did they forget my fries, but the food was cold. Another time I tried ordered off doordash, the store canceled my order and said they were out of chicken ?? ITS A CHICKEN FAST FOOD PLACE HOW R U OUT OF CHICKEN ?

There was this guy with a ski mask and glasses and he and his friends kept going in and out of the store and he was yelling and swearing and I felt like I was going to get shot. The wait time was also horrendous and the us made me and others leave the store

Service and atmosphere cannot be truly rated, as we were not able to order anything from there. We did an online order for delivery, and it was cancelled shortly after. After many attempts to call the store where it rang until getting to a full voicemail, I finally drove down there. The gentleman at the window informed me that the order was cancelled because they did not have any tenders. Basically, telling me that a place that sells chicken doesn't have any. I like their food in general, and we rarely try for it because if we can get it, the wait is nearly 30 minutes each time. That is why I wonder if they were actually out, or he was there alone and was not able to fulfill the large order we placed (family tender meal). Either way, tracks right along with the way they do business at every Popeye's we have attempted to patronize.

I felt bad for the only 3 workers that showed up. Ended up leaving because it was taken too long to be served. I don't blame the workers they were trying.

Just spent 45 minutes in the drive thru line only to be told at the speaker “we only have chicken.” We only ordered chicken — wings and a sandwich. Not that chicken. Bone in. Say that then. Also do you have a magic marker, a piece of paper and tape? How about a sign so people don’t waste hours of gas and time. Not happy.
