Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Worst service I have ever experienced, always out of chicken because the employee wants to take it home. Wait for them to take your order at drive thru just for them to be rude. Employees always standing around talking instead of helping customers.

I was a fan of Popeyes & was happy when the Manhattan Popeyes opened. Unfortunately it's been a disappointment the absolute mismanagement, is this store even making a profit when most of the customers get tired of waiting or always being out of things & drive off without even ordering.

Edit: Not good anymore, I am not sure what happened?? its simply run down. long wait times and lobby is always closed things are always out or something is broken. Very good food, fast friendly service...

Four piece spicy was on point, I asked for no wings, I got a wing.

Was excellent when first opened. Now a sad joke. I used to eat here often. Now I avoid it. Too much disappointment and rip off. I tried again for the tackle box special. All 3 of us were ripped off again. Each received only 5/8 of the shrimp. STILL no cocktail sauce. They were out of sauces a year ago. Why bother coming? Never any sauce, always food missing, and the drive thru intercom has been broken forever. How is this place still open? It needs to be reported.

Very dirty inside. Trash bins left out without bags. The doors look like you could catch a disease by just touching them. They always run out of some product and never tell you until it is time to pay. They had a staff's child working the drive thru orders.
