Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We placed the order online, we got to the drive thru and they took a long time to be reasy to provide service, the order wasn't ready even though we went to another place for 10 minutes and then like 20 minutes to get there, they had us park for an 8 minute wait but instead was like 20, when I got to the door they had it locked and they were dancing and playing on the back while thwre was like 6 cars waiting on the drive thru for about at least 10 minutes, so I had to walk to the drive thru window and it seems they had it ready but the dancing made them forget about us. I think they stared cooking our order when we arrive since everything was so hot. If ypu are looking for good service, this is not the place.

sorprendido con una empleada por su mal vocabulario usado durante mi visita, solo malas palabras y en un tono que los que estabamos en el lobby nos sorprendimos . segundo suceso un empleado sin uniforme, con su ropa interior espuesta . un bonito lugar comodo pero con estos inconvenientes . en las fotos o video veran las personas de ls que mensiono.

Today I enter this place and left in tears from the bad treatment I received from a staff member. Saying it was because he was homosexual, it’s why my husband and I were staring. We don’t hate or dislike homosexuals, you choose to be what you want to be. I myself have friends and family members who are. But this person was nasty to me, and accused me of staring because of his gender choice. He went off and started yelling at me and my husband for supposedly staring and making him feel uncomfortable. I told him I was only looking because he was the only one making eye contact and I was waiting on my food but he conutinued to talk over me and offending me, he continue to say that the owner was gay, and I told him I have no problem with anyone being gay. I did have a problem with the way I was treated and not getting my order while they were all joking around and not making my order. I will be making a complaint with corporate as I have the recording the way I was treated and how long I sat and waited while they played around and used foul language the whole time. They also did not give me my order completely , they missed half of it and I did not want to go back for it. Will not be returning ever.

Great as usual

Food is never consistent at this location. Chicken tasted old and was soggy. Out of ten visits, only one or two times have been descent. It's a shame, too, cause we love Popeyes.

Absolutely no efficiency or sense of haste at this location. There was no inside business at the time of our drive through visit, and only two cars ahead and we still have over a 10 minute wait in the drive through. When a car reaches the window, the current car a the intercom has to wait until that car has paid and pulled out, before their order was taken. Same for us. Management: out have no reason to be that slow during what should be an evening rush, but I'm guessing locals know about this issue and avoid this location. Was also charged a combo price for just the entree but was too tired of waiting to go back. Poor work ethic here, everyone inside seemed to move as if haf in a daze. Probably just apathetic. Go elsewhere.

Just lazy people who don’t care about your order. Dude hands me my food without my drink and looks at me like “why are you still here” I tell him and he gets my drink with no issues. I get home and I’m missing my sauce. When looking at the tenders, it’s literally just bread crumbs and barely any chicken. It’s time to give up on this place entirely. Just shut down and stop letting people spend money there.

The first person to treat me with such kindness, good service and excellent attention, people like her should be the managers of this establishment, thank you Tasha
