They serve the usual Popeye's chicken, nothing impressive, occasionally tasty. Service here is average, not the best you will get from a fast food place, not the worst. This location/franchisee has decided that they don't like coupons, in-store or online, so keep that in mind when ordering.

People at the window are usually rude. This Popeyes in content telling you all the things that they don't have instead of just making more. No matter how early you come before closing, get used to them telling you they don't have this or that. Even simple things like just wanting a specific piece of chicken, many times it's too much for them. They won't even give you an option to wait for more to be made they'll just tell you that they don't have it. And every single time I come, I mean every single time they give me a different price for the food yet my order doesn't change. I just came three days ago and got a three piece with mad biscuits. When I open my box I had three biscuits when I was only expecting one. awesome! And that came out to nine dollars and some change. I come not even a week later and I just got three pieces of chicken no sides. No nothing not even biscuits and it came up to 10.79 tonight. How is it that I'm getting less food but being charge more? Tf and every single time they tell me a different price. I'm definitely going to start keeping track how much they're telling me the food is. I got a three piece earlier this month and it came close to $12. One time they tried to tell me that it was $15 and I looked at the person at the window and I asked them " for three pieces it's $15?? Are you kidding me?" And he comes back and he says to me "so sorry ma'am I made a mistake." Like hell you did. he didn't think that that was a little expensive for three pieces of chicken? Every single time I come they tell me something different tonight she told me to my face "yeah I don't know it's coming up to $10.79 " and continues to push the card reader in my face to pay with Apple Pay I'm not coming back to the Popeyes. They're weird here prices right they got some explaining to do

$21 for a 5 piece tender combo says $16 on the menu doesn't a combo come with a drink and 2 sides?

PRICE WAS OUTRAGEOUS! The price for a 5 piece tenders/ fries and drink was $15.99 before tax. It's unbelievable yet ,it is upstate new york. Never again!

Excellent chicken but customer service needs a little help.

Chicken sandwich used to be the bomb but I think they changed their bread which is terrible as well as their sauce which isn't the same as it used to be.

I truly believe Popeyes has better chicken than kfc and chic fil a but unfortunately whenever I come to the Kingston location only the most unqualified people are working. Wait times are usually horrendous and the people at the window have been less than friendly
