I enjoy eating at this Popeyes location. The food is aways fresh. So I live local and this is my favorite location to get Popeyes. The only thing is that sometimes it is really busy and you might have to wait about 10 to 15 minutes before you get your food. Buy its worth the wait.
This place is horrible. They are, slow, unprofessional, always mess up orders and the food is often half cooked or old. Do not go here.
We were traveling back from Disney world and stopped by this establishment for dinner. Upon ordering a male employee with a ponytail and glasses laughed at us for ordering a bunch of rice for our sides. He proceeded to apologize while laughing and said that “it’s because we’re…” and just stared at us. We’re Asians who live in the DMV. We have family visiting from Philippines who traditionally eat rice everyday and have been craving it. This particular employee continually made jokes after the fact and it just left a bad taste in my mouth as we tried to enjoy our dinner.
Service is always slow, and our order is never correct. We've tried again and again, but they constantly disappoint. Tonight was the last straw. Our chicken looked and tasted ancient, and our mashed potatoes were powered potatoes. I'm not sure who the franchise owner of this restaurant is, but I believe it is time for you to visit and train your personnel
