Pick a different location! The staff is rude & SLOOOW!!!!! I waited 17 minutes to get to order. Was told to hold & left there for an additional 8 minutes to be told they didn’t have classic chicken legs. So I’d have to wait an additional 20 min. So I requested my mobile order that was pre ordered prior to arrival. And then I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for them to put it in the bag. At no point did they say sorry about the wait…..

Would you like to wait in line for an hour without being able to pull out? Eat here.

order food pay for food but when you get home stuff missing.

I don’t know who is running this Popeyes but it needs to be CLOSED. The food quality is trash and never receive the correct food ordered through delivery. It’s almost as if they intentionally mess up your order to deter you from wanting to place online orders. The food is never fresh either. Why are you giving out old food and closing the kitchen at 10pm if you close at 11pm? TRASH TRASH TRASH all the way around. I don’t know who the owner is but they need to fire all staff and try again. The most ghetto trashy Popeyes I’ve ever been to in my life.

Yall constantly messing up orders. Then your dang pho e stay busy. Food is what it is, but yalls customer service is garbage at best!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Service is really bad takes years to get your orders even they all in front of the counter the place is nasty

So I went through the drive thru and ordered a surf and turf… they literally gave me tenders that’s been sitting all day and so dry and smaller than my pinkey… I can’t make this up… I came back through.. and they told me the kitchen is closed and they can’t make any more fresh ones… they close at 11.. I came back at 10.. maybe 9:55 to be exact…. So as usual.. they gave me issues at the drive thru so I told them I was going to pull around and I showed her at the window what my tinders looked like.. you think they cared?? Not at all… but then decided ok.. I have some fresh ones for you “do these look a little better?” You had them all along but trying to feed me the food yall was supposed to have been thrown away! Stop trying people like that! This location is the worst and they wander why y’all have the worst customers coming back complaining… it’s getting ridiculous, lazy folk that don’t wanna do their job… yeah I said it.. so come on manager and write me back !
