Went in to get food. Before I start my rant I’d also like to point out this entire time maybe 3 customers came through that’s drive thru and dine in. The manager off jump had an attitude didn’t even look at me when I was ordering the food rushed me the entire time. Before I could even get to tell her my side she’s already cutting me off. I asked her if I could get my chicken fresh. She told me 30 minutes on the chicken mind you nobody else is in line or inside the store THEY WEREN’T AT ALL BUSY. The chicken was finished in 15 minutes I guess she said that to discourage me from ordering it fresh. Once the food was done I asked for hot sauce she gave me 4 packets in total for 8 pieces of chicken. I asked for a couple more she then told me that there was no more hot sauce in the entire store exactly like that. I feel like she did something to the food. I just tossed the entire box.
The staff that work this location are wonderful. Not the usual aggressive attitude issues you typically find at other Popeyes locations.
The food tastes incredible, I'm pretty sure they put crack in the ranch, it is so good.
And the food has to be good because you WILL get diarrhea after eating here, almost every time. But it's worth it.
Just make sure your toilet is ready to go and paper is stocked about an hour after you finish eating, and take a hot shower afterward.
Polite but slow. Waited over 20 minutes for a mobile order. Unacceptable! Had to wait an extra 5 minutes just to get the right drinks. Will not be back to this location.
Excellent food, clean restaurant
Do not bother going an hour or even an hour and a half before closing even if you are wanting to get food in any fashion, the young men that work there will tell you that the kitchen is entirely closed and that they have no food available if you can even get them to talk to you. Most of the time they will sit in the dining area and ignore you. This has not been an isolated incident but has happened several times on weekends over the past few weeks.
They are otherwise great if you can get there during midday when they can't use the excuse of not having food, but their weekend closing crew is not honest. Don't say you are open until 11 if you close everything up at 9:45 and refuse to make food - change your hours or at least turn off your third party and online options (Uber, door dash, etc.) instead of wasting everyone's time.
This is the 3rd time this month I've come to this store and I have to wait 8 minutes once, 12 minutes one, and 28 minutes for 3 spicy wings. The time is always between 7pm and 8pm. This particular they tried to tell me they were out if wings at 8pm. This is unacceptable. Only when I asked to speak to a manager they decide to give me my order after 10 minutes. Absolutely pathetic
Went through the drive thru and was told to wait just a minute. We sat there and she never came back on the intercom. Finally asked if anyone was there after 5 minutes and she said "how can I help you?" She couldn't really speak English and when we pulled up, our order was wrong. Will never come back again.
Service was horrible. They need an adult there. Tables were dirty, service was super slow. Then they didn't even give us what we ordered.
I wanted to take a moment to commend Andrew for his outstanding customer service during my recent visit. His attentiveness, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced my experience. It’s refreshing to encounter such dedication and professionalism.
Terrible option for food. Somehow they were out of mashed potatoes without gravy. If the food you want is actually available then it will be cold. The wings are a joke. Honestly just give your money to arbys next door and save the hassle. Id give them negative stars if that was possible.
No wonder the place was empty. The biscuit was hard and my items in the bag was placed in there anykind of way but the right way.
Not on the ball. Chicken had no flavor at all. Somebody forgot to marinate & the breading was bland. Been eating Popeyes for years & this is the 1st time it was no flavor. Like crunchy water.
I just walked out of this place and instead went to Arby's next door. I really wanted fried chicken, but the lady finished wiping down the counters before even looking at me. Then she addressed me in Spanish and laughed when I told her I didn't understand. Then in Spanish I believed she asked me if I spoke Spanish. I asked if there was someone there to take my order. Again she ignored me. 5 minutes!! Just poor customer service and I will never return. And no I have no bias against anyone. But I do have a bias against poor, actually non-existent service. What a waste of time.
