The lady wearing the polo (I’m assuming the closing manager) stood outside on the phone for over 10 minutes while a line of 4-5 cars backed up. Nobody at the speaker. A worker came out to ask if she’s helped up yet and the man at the speaker said no, to which the worker replied that he’d get her to go inside shortly and took his order verbally and went back inside. After being at the speaker myself for over 10 minutes in addition to the wait time for the car in front of me, I pulled around and went inside to do a take out order. The man behind me in line came inside to do the same, and then it appeared that they locked the doors to keep others from coming in using a little hex wrench tool, at least that’s what it looked like. The manager finally comes in and walks around for (no exaggeration) about 10 more minutes before coming to the register. It seems like she lost her keys or card or something involving the register because everyone was walking around looking for it. She then checks her phone again before asking my order. Not only is she in such a rush over whatever is going on in her personal life that she has at least two of us waiting half an hour to place an order, but she also forgot about half of the items I asked for. I sure would also like to know her name so I could use it in this review, but she made sure to not give me the receipt. The food I received is great as always, but something needs to be done about this manager, I’ve seen the other reviews bringing up the wait time issue as well.
I suppose they are trying to reduce the ticket time recorded from ordering till service so they just don't take orders in the drive through until they wish. It isn't unusual to wait 10 minutes or more for someone to answer the speaker.
Corey was very helpful in making sure my order was correct. I appreciate him taking the time to make sure everything was right.
Food was delicious. Service was wonderful thanks to Erica! She accommodated my large family order for some picky eaters. I greatly appreciate the experience provided by Erica and will certainly be back in the near future.
They parked every car that used the drive through and wait time was 25+ for a chicken sandwich. The lobby doors were locked and was given no reason why it took so long. Not worth the wait.
Went through the drive through and ordered a 16 piece meal total was $50.00, the worker at the window Naomi, had the worst customer service. Her job working the window is primarily customer service, if she doesn't like her job she certainly should find another one. Without us customers, she would not have a paycheck. Don't recommend this restaurant to anyone.
It has gotten a lot better within the past month. There seems to be a new young lady working there and she takes customer service seriously. She helps to figure out meals conducive for large families and is respectful.
