I’m not usually one to denigrate a business, however this was the most awful experience I’ve ever had at a fast-food restaurant. I arrived at 5:51pm and before I could even order I was asked to wait when there were only two others in line. 10 minutes later I was finally able to order. 30 minutes past I’m having a conversation with someone who JUST ordered wishing them luck getting their food as I’ve waited 40 whole minutes at this point. The second after I said that, their meal was called. I waited a whole 40 minutes to receive my food while someone who just ordered got it seconds after they did. Also it’s important to note that there were workers standing around with extremely rude attitudes. Disappointed!
Me and My husband went to get takeout tonight wings we bought 24 wings six honey lemon six spicy six garlic Parmesan and six ghost pepper wings. We got all the way home and realized that there was feathers in our chicken not only that they gave us all the same wings. We’re not even sure what flavor they are And they told me they need the food back to do anything. We live all the way in Eaton Rapids, and don’t want to drive back to holt. So I’m out 23.69$ this is absolutely ridiculous and I’m pretty upset over it.
Food was excellent but they didn't get my order correct four out of five times.
I love this location! They always provide me excellent service and never had an issue with my food. Kudos to the staff!
I went to the Popeyes on Cedar store#14202, the food was fresh and the staff was really friendly. The manger Yolanda took my order and she has the most amazing customer service. She was patient and didn’t make feel rushed as I was trying to decide what I wanted.
Food is always pretty good when I go here. The manager is nice as well. She's always helpful if I need help. They are always willing to correct mistakes if one is made.
The rice was not cooked. The flavor was bland. The ghost chicken wings was not hot or crispy .
