Rude at the window. Never say thank you Shut window in your face
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received at this location today. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Upon arriving at the drive-thru window, the employee who took my payment did not say a single word to me besides stating the total amount. When I handed her my card, she snatched it out of my hand without any courtesy. Furthermore, when she handed me my food, she did so in a hurried and rough manner, as if she wanted me to leave as quickly as possible. To make matters worse, when I requested Mardi Gras sauce and honey, the employee handed me Mardi Gras sauce and honey mustard, holding them outside of the window instead of handing them to me directly. This is the second time I have experienced unprofessionalism and rudeness from an employee at this location and it is truly disappointing and unacceptable. Here’s a brief description of the woman: very tall, wears black glasses, heavy set, African American, always has her hands on her hips, and works the drive thru window.
Dirty lazy Store and slow servers. Some staff are nice and really try. But for the most super bad management.
Slowest service I’ve ever experienced and severely unstaffed and very disrespectful.
This place is a complete joke. Be prepared to wait forever for food, receiving the wrong order, and being serviced by extremely rude employees who display the work ethic of having little/no education. It is clear that this is the only job they can find since the only requirement is having a pulse.
Drove here to return something at the ups store and get a sandwich only to find out I can’t redeem points here because the cheap franchise owner turned off that option. Why is that even an option? Popeyes corporate needs to have points redemption as universal for every restaurant. Thanks for wasting my time.
I ordered a 5 pc Tender Combo and a surf & turf combo, but was given somebody else’s order. I received: - The worst fried shrimp I’ve ever had and 2 good tenders. - A nasty, rubbery spicy chicken sandwich - Fries that somehow tasted spoiled - Flat, syrupy drinks (Dr. Pepper and a Mello Yello) - 1 good biscuit I was charged $7.99 for the Surf and Turf, though it was advertised as $5.99. I guess the small drink added $2 to the cost, but i was not advised of this. I called and left a message with my issue and contact info, but have not heard back. The wait time was not as bad as I’ve previously had here, but the staff was not friendly. Overall, not a great experience.
Got my order wrong at the drive thru, no one would come back to the window. Went inside and they were 8 people deep waiting on food. I asked a guy waiting and he showed me his receipt. He'd been waiting 45 minutes. I just decided to go with that they gave me and never return. I didn't know a location could actually be worse than the highway 58 one.
