Survives sucks employees are very lazy they were picking in there head and nose and the tables and the floor are dirty there where bugs on the side of the seats and chicken was cold and greasy and the drink machine was out when they gave me sweet tea and I said that it was not sweet tea it was unsweetened tea they said that it was sweet tea and was being disrespectful and rudely said that it was the expression was harble through your coupons away DO NOT EAT HERE

The inside is always so so dirty . We like Popeyes but the dirty nasty uniforms and the lobby being so filthy you can see it from the drive Thru I know they’re ain’t no handwashing going on in there . Just keeps going from bad to worse every time

I have been to this Popeye’s twice. Both visits were horrible, on the second visit, I was not acknowledged for at least 10 minutes, so I went to the ladies room. No paper towels, No soap, No Tissue. Please tell me that the workers are not going to the bathroom and with no soap washing or maybe not washing their hands. When I went out of the bathroom the “manager” said that the dining room was closed, so I was walking out the door, no food for me, not there, not ever!!! Ugh

We've now been to this Popeyes three times. Only one of those times did we get what we wanted. The other two times the person at the window was rude and insolent! Yesterday's Express was totally negative! We were told several times that they were out of what we wanted including beverages. The only had Diet Coke and water! At one point the person at the window walked away and was leaning over the counter talking to someone else and laughing. One other previous time the person at the window threw down her headset and was mad and nearly was yelling at us because we wanted to get the food that we wanted and they didn't have it! I don't think we will ever go back to this Popeyes again.

15 minute wait is the drive up and the chicken was old and cold

All I can say is this place needs new management, ASAP! Our 1st experience was literally a nightmare. 2nd time going, the employee was very nice and respectful. 3rd time going, employee was rude. They had no apple pies, & they only had Diet Coke or Water. They also only had white meat, no dark meat was available. We waited at least 20 mins before we even got our food. But at least they did get the order right. I don't necessarily think this place need to be shut down, it just needs to have nicer/friendlier employees who will treat and talk to their customers with respect, and be able to put out the food in a timely matter without complaining. Not sure if this place is just constantly understaffed, but something definitely needs to change/be done.

What happened to this place? All I can say good about this place is, the food smelled good and the only 2 employees were nice and polite. When I started to go in the restaurant the employees were out in a car in the parking lot listening to music I guess. They came in right away and served me and immediately exited back to the car. The fire Marshall that inspected the building last time must've been blind because that store is falling apart. The food taste like it was fried in month old grease. I don't really blame the 2 employees...I blame the manager,district manager and corporate for allowing this place to continue. I'll not go back because the food made my daughter and I a little ill.

This place doesn't deserve any stars. They didn't give us what we ordered and they kept our biscuits, and there tenders were thin, tough, and nasty. Not only that there phone number has been disconnected.

Never will eat here again. No spoons no forks, every table in the restaurant is dirty. No to mention the cashier in the drive thru took our order inside while taking another order from drive thru and refused to make us anything to drink but coke. Dinning room absolutely nasty with workers leaning on the counter on their phones. U got time to lean u got time to clean

The one in Hickory NC is HORRIBLE! Every time we go there they are rude and never have what we want to order. Today for example, no popcorn shrimp and very limited on everything else. Only coke and sweet tea to drink and my husband can’t drink either. Worst Popeyes ever.

Restaurant did not know how to use a gift card. Would not let me order spicy chicken. Take what we give you or nothing.

They won't be open much longer. Terrible staff.

My grandmother, myself, and my two kids came here to eat today. This was my first time to Popeyes and per my grandmothers recommendation I went (it’s been years since she’s been so she wanted to go again). When we first walked in, the lady at the front (I’m assuming she was the manager but I’m not sure) was telling a younger guy, who seemed like he didn’t want to be there, to either run the drive thru or the front counter, neither of witch he seemed to want to do. When we finally got to order, after about 10 minutes, things went downhill from there. They were out of all size drinks cups, except small, their soda machine wasn’t working properly, they didn’t have napkins stocked, and their eating area had trash, crumbs, and some piles of dirty clothes (???). We then waited ~20 minutes for our food before being told that the chicken tenders we ordered were still frozen and we would need to order a substitution such as boneless wings. Then we were told that the cook was actually making the tenders FOR HIMSELF while we were waiting on ours… while they apparently had one fryer working. In the end we did get our food and the lady who helped us was extremely nice, but I won’t be back due to my experience… $30 down the drain

You want to experience the rudest drive thru service in town? Come on down to this garbage hole. I deal with nasty people all day long but this place takes the cake. I can’t even tell you how the food is because I didn’t get that far. I guess, judging from some of the other reviews from months ago, these losers aren’t going to change.
