Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Do not order food here. The workers are dangerous people, they play with people’s food and intentionally give out undercooked/hour old food or mix random stuff in your meal. They’re playing with peoples lives in this restaurant & do not care about food safety.

Today I went in to Popeyes not expecting the fantastic service. Sometime last year at this same location, before the new management, I was met with rude attitude and not so good food. Today was very different. THANK YOU Anthony for making the process smooth and unforgettable.

Food is disgusting! Don’t go here! This is not Popeyes flavorful chicken and sides! The new franchisee had no business buying into Popeyes if they didn’t care about following the recipes!

Don’t waste your money. I believe they have new management which has improved the appearance of the store but the food quality is worse. NO FLAVOR! They are cutting corner because this is not the Popeyes flavor of chicken and I knew it as soon as I looked at my chicken. Time to find a new location because I will not be going to this one anymore.

This location got a major makeover in the last month or so. It is now under new management and it’s night a day between the last group of workers. If you came here a year ago, you would get attitude and poor service. The current staff are nice and clearly are hard workers.

I ordered a fish sandwich and asked for cheese and did not get it. There was no one inside, and there was no one in line. It's not like they had a lot of customers and forgot to do it. This was my first time visiting and will probably be my last. The cashier who waited on me in the drive through was not friendly. They had loud Hindu music playing. It just didn't feel really professional... Vegetarian options: There are no real Vegetarian options

The worst Popeyes in Chicago and suburbs!!! The food taste like they are not using Popeyes recipes. Also, food never seems fresh, my chicken is constantly soggy. Then they get mad when u tell them. They start talking in naive tongues and rolling their eyes. I’m done giving them a chance! Do not throw your money away on this location!
