Avoid this place if you are hispanic... the personal needs to improve the atention for all the People no matter if you are young , old or where you from Mantente alejado de este lugar si eres hispano o tu Inglés no es perfecto el personal no está adecuadamente capacitado en la atención al cliente Estuve 30 minutos en este lugar y vi su pésima actitud con un venezolano y un anciano

Drive thru is SO slow! It’s also a drive thru that traps you since you’re surrounded by curbs so cancel your plans bc you’ll be there for awhile.

It took them 40 minutes to make 12 piece of chicken and the place was really dirty

Good food!! Always hot. I understand everyone is not the same. But please, please make sure the person taking orders....whether in-store or drive -thru has a great personality and patience for people. My drive-thru experience was rushed and with a terrible attitude. Just because this is in a predominantly african american community, doesn't mean the service has to be ghetto!! Please!! This was during late lunch hours. The manager took our payment for food and made sure we had everything and was very kind. Thank you manager!! Next Trip: We did return to store and this time our service was great!! Good service brings forth a more profitable business.Thanks! I look forward to better services in the future.

Roaches on the front counter. Unacceptable.

Picking up door dash and the front counter order taker was sweeping and comes to assist me then turns and makes food without washing her hands, no gloves or anything on her hands. I have been waiting here on one order for 30 mins.!
